Naturopathic care begins with an overall assessment of where your body is at - symptoms, energy levels, patterns of recurring illness, and even your current capacity for living life as you desire.
These sessions can include: screening for where your DNA got funky fresh, streamlining your supplement stack for quality and efficacy, and empowering you with achievable methods to support your body through current life stages or challenges.
This is about getting practical, achievable paths to whole-human health in the hands of neuro-spicy game-changers. This is not about the quick-fix, but feeling great in life, for a lifetime.
Don’t call me if you woke up with a sore throat; I’m not an acute naturopath, my specialty is supporting you to feel great long term, with a specific focus on mental health and hormonal balance.
Functional Testing
Functional testing provides insight into your current physiology. It can help us identify the root cause of symptoms and gain a better understanding of what’s occurring in your body as a whole.

By arrangement, I can also offer high-touch naturopathic care over a year with a other supportive surprises thrown in. In the first three months, we’ll assess where your body is at through a combination of conversation, symptom tracking, and functional testing. After that, quarterly follow-up sessions are included where we measure results, make adjustments, and fine-tune.
