Not your mama’s naturopathy. This offer includes a custom-blend of science-supported testing and intuitive healing to support all that you are. These sessions can include: screening for where your DNA got funky fresh, streamlining your supplement stack for quality and efficacy, and teaching achievable methods to support your body through current life stages or challenges.

This offering is currently only available by request and includes 3-months of high-touch naturopathic care, while also providing resources to support you in getting to know your body. In the first three months, we’ll assess where your body is at through a combination of conversation, symptom tracking, and functional testing. After that, quarterly follow-up sessions are included where we measure results, make adjustments, and fine-tune. My work is about getting practical, achievable paths to whole-human health in the hands of neuro-spicy game-changers. This is not about the quick-fix, but feeling great in life, for a lifetime.

In these sessions, we will uncover glorious, bone-shaking clarity on a particular question or area of life you’re currently coming up against. I’m an evidence-based practitioner through and through. I consult the text-books and I can read the charts if you know what I mean. If you’ve tried a whole lot of things that haven’t been working, perhaps there’s something underneath the symptoms that’s asking for our attention.
